I ordered and paid for just under $100 worth of items from GC. After many e mails asking where my items were I received on back stating that my order would be shipped out in 7-10 days. About 14 days later I received 3 DEAD trees and not the majority of my order. I tried calling and cant get through. I called the sales department and they hung up on me after sitting on hold for 45 minutes. I know have a complaint filed with the Attorney Generals office. The AG's office stated that they have hundreds of complaints against this company. Buyer Beware!

I did just what Dawn did, and got right in. I also utilized the new online tracking system at www.gardenerschoice.com

Try calling Spring River Nurseries at 269-621-2259. They can access your acct/order and helped me with very little wait. This was after wasting 2 afternoons trying to contact Gardeners choice and being put on hold disconnected and hung up on. It is worth a shot. It worked for me. :)
